RETIRING
After 34 years of practicing podiatric medicine, I have made the difficult decision to retire. I wish to thank you for allowing me to be your doctor and for your friendship over the years. Our final day of seeing patients will be 6/18/2026. My years of practicing podiatric medicine in Wynantskill have been filled with many rewarding experiences and memorable patients.
Although I will no longer be practicing, I have made arrangements with Paul Baumgarten, DPM to take over the Wynantskill practice. Dr. Baumgarten is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and currently practices in Schenectady, NY.
Dr. Baumgarten's new office will be located at 9 West Sand Lake Road, Wynantskill, NY. He will begin to see patients at this location on 6/25/26.
My current office phone number, (518) 283-9457, will be transferred to him on this date. Should you need to contact Dr. Baumgarten prior to this date you may call his Schenectady office at (518) 346-6000. Your medical records will also be transferred to and maintained by Dr. Baumgarten. Please contact his office if you are in need of your medical records and a copy will be provided to you.
